• To be eligible, participants must:

• Be subscribed to the YouTube channel Moving To Mexico.

• Complete the contest entry form with accurate information.

• Members of the YouTube channel and the Buy Me a Coffee page are automatically entered with 10 total entries each.

2. Prize Details:

• The prize is 5 nights at CASA VISTA BELCARA in NUEVO VALLARTA, Mexico, managed by BeachLife Properties.

• The winner will be chosen through a random draw.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services.

3. Prize Claim:

• The winner will be notified by the announcement on a YouTube video.

• The winner must claim their prize within 7 calendar days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.​

4. Booking Terms:

• Once the prize is claimed, the winner has until December 31st, 2025, to book their stay. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be coordinated with BeachLife Properties.

• Please note: Some blackout dates may apply, particularly during peak and holiday seasons. Availability is limited during high-demand periods, and not all dates will be open for booking. We recommend submitting preferred dates as early as possible to increase the chances of securing your stay.

• Submit their entry through the official contest form available on this webpage.

• Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

• This contest is void where prohibited by law.

• By entering, participants agree to release Moving To Mexico, BeachLife Properties, and their affiliates from any liability related to the contest or the prize.

• Moving To Mexico reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or tampers with the contest process.​
